The Aura is the energy field that permeates every living being. In the human being, it is visible and perceptible as an ovoid shape, in which all the subtle bodies that compose it interpenetrate. These subtle bodies express in the form of vibration all the information that can be useful to us. In addition to seeing the colors of the Aura, we can hear its notes or perceive its energetic vibrations, since it is an informed vibration field, with frequencies at a deep level on the different planes of being.
Reading the Aura allows us to get in touch with our deep self, obtaining information about our subtle bodies. With subtle perception, we can get in touch with ancestral lines linked to humanity, which belong to us on an individual level. Everything happens on subtle planes with sweet and harmonic movements. It happens to perceive a current of frequencies, sensations, thoughts, emotions, feelings, physical vibrations, so subtle as to be barely noticeable, high times so vibrant as to make us feel the physical consistency. All physical forms, living and non-living, are held together and controlled by fields of electromagnetic energy. The same emanate an electric "flow" that manifests itself in a characteristic halo of different color that surrounds them, commonly called "aura".
Reading aura requires a learning phase, which doesn't mean that it has to be hard or complex. If you include it in our daily life, it can become an exciting game in which each discovery allows us to walk a little more towards ourselves.

The Beings of Light with whom we work in this life have often advised us, when we were overwhelmed by work (and heaven knows how much!), To look only at the essential; for me, that advice proved very difficult to put into practice because, at a certain point in my life, everything seemed essential to me, and it took a long time to be able to make choices. Today, as far as I'm concerned, these choices are becoming more and more obvious, but everything is learned, and this kind of discernment is an excellent exercise for those who, like me, are active, curious about everything, and constantly questioned in their work.
Learning to read aura, therefore, requires practice. Whether you want to become an expert reader or have a simple interest in this phenomenon, there are many fun ways to practice. Taking the time to relax before any exercise is however essential.
The look
Mechanically, we immediately adapt it to the object we are looking at: in the exercises that follow, it is essential to master this irresistible mechanism. It will be about contemplating without seeing, looking far away, 'behind' the subject. In reality, we will not focus our gaze and short-sightedness, at least at first, will be facilitated in this exercise by taking off the glasses.
Staring at the even sky or a lamp for a few seconds, then closing your eyes to enter a relaxed state before looking at the subject can make the task easier. Even if you don't see anything, don't forget that progress will come gradually.
We don't look too closely at our subject and check that it is always on a uniform background, whether it's the blue sky or the wallpaper, it doesn't matter….
However, it is the eye of the heart that works in reading the aura: the physical eyes will always and only be supports. A completely open person can also have his eyes closed and yet see an aura, contemplate it; certainly don't look at it, certainly don't analyze it dryly. Contemplating without judging, receiving without building mental barriers. Then, little by little, an understanding of what you will see will emerge.
In your inner attitude, it is essential that you do not try to see at any cost, but that you are absorbed in the silhouette of the person who is in front of you. Don't expect a total and quick view, because you would be disappointed; the vision will progress as your inner development progresses.
Among the difficulties that we can encounter, there is that of "stability of the gaze"; the novice always has a tendency to shift his gaze from one area of the body to another, and this does not allow for stable vision.
There is an exercise that could help you: to get a better perception of the vital or etheric aura, try to fix your gaze at the level of the third chakra, or solar plexus…. while looking into the center of the chest, at the height of the heart chakra, the emanations of the astral aura will appear more visible.
Ourselves
Even by being alone with ourselves, we can discover a wide range of practical exercises.
- Raise one hand with your fingers spread towards the blue sky or a white wall. The important thing is that the background is uniform. Now look in the direction of the hand but without focusing your gaze, as if you would like to see far beyond it. At this point, only a vague outline will appear.
Let yourself be absorbed in this image for a few seconds, then start over, for a little longer. After a while, you will perceive a thin halo, similar to cigarette smoke but opalescent, which wraps your fingers like a glove: this exercise will allow you to get used to seeing the etheric body quickly.
- The second exercise that I propose to you was taught to us two thousand years ago, but it still seems very current to me. Stand under a source of light, with your face towards it, with your eyes closed. You will perceive a bright yellow or white fog. And now, always with your eyes closed, try to look beyond, effortlessly.
Mentally fix the root of the nose between the eyes, or a little above, as you wish. Then, gradually, lower your face so that it is in a horizontal position…. You can then, perhaps see all the colors of the rainbow, blue dots, colored ribbons, in short, a multitude of events.
This practice is actually aimed at stimulating the "third eye", and little by little a deep blue point should arise in the center of the visual field.
However, do not forget that this exercise should not be repeated more than twice a week and should not last more than a few minutes. If you abuse it, not only will you no longer see anything, but you will only tire the subtle and physical gaze. At this point, a blockage would arise that would not allow you to proceed further.
- You can also do this other exercise when you don't have a study subject available for yourself. To fix your gaze beyond the fingers, as in the first of these exercises. Choose a uniform background so as not to distract the eye and so that it can remain vague. When your fingers seem a little blurry, slowly move your hands away from each other: a light mist like a blue-gray smoke will appear in your eyes between the ends of your fingers.
The meaning of Aura colors
Color interpretation is the most delicate point in learning auras. If the reading is well done it can be very useful but, like any precision instrument, a double-bladed knife can make one misinterpret the reading.
Colors are mostly visible on the astral aura, and if you see a certain type of red on an angry person, it doesn't determine his future at all. It is a color that can very well disappear when the anger has subsided. Instead, there are basic colors that change only with the passing of the years and with the progress of inner evolution; they are more stable colors, which permeate the aura as a whole; these are the colors that will determine the tendencies and attitudes, the main defects and the innate good qualities of the one we face. - RED Aura
Of all the colors, red is certainly the one that lends itself most to misinterpretations.
In a general sense, a bright red is a sign of dynamism. We often find it divided into fluffy areas or in wide strips around the head. This dynamism of character should not be confused with the dynamism linked to physical strength, which manifests itself with the same colors in regular bands that branch off from the limbs and from the waist.
Bright red acquires another meaning when it predominates in the astral aura as a whole, in the form of clouds that envelop the whole body: it will then be a sign of a personality so exuberant and exhausting, in fact, unable to channel its own energy; a personality that could be irritating to those around her, due to her mood swings, especially if the color has unequal bands in the cranial region. Particular attention should be paid to a deep brownish-red. This, present on an organ or part of the body, reveals the formation of cancer. Since we know that a disease appears on the subtle planes of being before it materializes on its physical organism, it is essential to accurately identify the level of manifestation of the stain. - BLUE Aura
Here is a color that, immediately, evokes much more calm than the previous one.
The blue sky, when vivid, always indicates great honesty, a pleasant temperament, a great sincerity. It is the color of idealism, of devotion inclined to spirituality. It is particularly manifest when it constitutes the base tint of an astral aura, or at least when it occupies the upper part of it. A being who radiates this tint abundantly is usually sensitive to problems of a metaphysical nature.

Lemon yellow, on the other hand, has a very different meaning: it always reveals the predominance of reason, when it occupies the emotional aura in particular, and a very strong intellectual activity if it strongly permeates mental radiance. The more acidic this yellow is, the more it reveals the importance of brain activity, to the point that it can give rise to fixed ideas if it is stained with dull red.
A faded yellow in the estrous aura will indicate a limp will, which can lead to laxity.
It also denotes a certain form of indecision due to insufficient self-confidence.
When rust-colored flames are mixed with it, it is a sign of excessive opportunism, sometimes of cowardice.
Soiled with tan and khaki green masses, that dull yellow reveals a mood centered on materialism. The same green, when mixed with large sky-blue areas, indicates the need for authenticity, a sincere search for beauty,

He will really be a doctor in the noblest sense of the term, which means that he is also a bit of a priest at the same time because he will act with the notion of the sacred well imprinted within himself.

The pale green mixed with washed-out yellow and the rusty color is quite different, indicating a tendency to hypocrisy and deceit.

- VIOLET Aura
In this humanity of ours, it is very rare to encounter purple; this only happens when we are faced with authentically developed people on the spiritual level. Its meaning is very close to that of saffron, but particularly indicates the inclination to meditation and prayer and distance from the things of the world. More generally, orange is the color of active goodwill and loyalty; it is a sign of a "concrete spirituality" in everyday life and a strong personality. - PINK Aura
The presence in emotional radiance is always a sign of a lack of maturity and also of an almost vital need to play. It is therefore a color that, of course, we find in abundance in the auric shell of children and adolescents.
During a convivial lunch, or even just in the course of a funny conversation, full of jokes, the astral shells generally emit this color with great force, in the form of very clear waves. If the jokes then turn into jabs, these waves will emit flashes of very reddish pink.
If pink mixes very closely with sour yellow, manifestations of great selfishness are certainly to be expected.
If, on the other hand, pink is streaked with electric gray with very cold blue reflections, you are faced with a person who has intense fear. - GRAY Aura
In the whole of the auric shell, this color generally joins others. When it comes to a veil on another color, making it less clear, it softens its characteristics.
Globally speaking, gray is the mark left on an organism by fatigue, illness, or disappointment.
It goes without saying that it can touch even only a certain part of the forces of the aura, and be stationed only near an organ.

- BLACK Aura
Black is not in itself a true color, and its presence, fortunately, is only an episodic fact in an aura, if only in most human beings. Evidently, it indicates a principle of "no light", such as very violent anger or a manifestation of hatred. - WHITE Aura
This radiance is also outside the range of colors and sums up all the luminous aspects in itself. The manifestation of the white of crystalline shades is therefore always a sign of great purity. I am not referring to the milky white, "heavy", which instead reveals a lack of security, a person in search of himself, but I am referring to the white that makes one think of the Light in its essence first. The constant elevation of thoughts and the expansion of love both as radiance and as actions are certainly the only forces capable of infusing this pure white into the subtle being. When golden reflections are accompanied by it, we can speak of "Christ light". A denomination that, in our opinion, only makes sense if we take the term "Christ" in its universal meaning,
To sum up, it is good to emphasize the fact that there are no negative colors per se, just as there are no negative astrological signs. In its pure state, color is a ray through which a thousand qualities can develop, a thousand ways of serving Life. If well understood, an individual's color palette gives an exact physical and psychic photograph.
Obligatory, our attempt to analyze with the utmost care the main hues of the human aura has forced us to outline even characters that are sometimes not very pleasant. But these interpretations should not be misunderstood: we repeat that this is not information with which we can allow ourselves to judge who we have in front of us. The aura reader must never get involved in the reading, and neither his mind nor his ego must intervene. His position will never be that of one who "knows" and "judges": his nature will be to love, understand, and try to help.
